98 Ranger 4x4-pop/creak noise turning, RF toed out?

weeellll-you have probably a combination of problems-the toe out can be a ball joint-that by the way would be ready to snap, could be a bent centerlink/tierod end. real sloppy tie rod that you can check yourself-grab on to it and see if there is any loosness in any direction-should be no play-control arm bushings trashed bent axle housing from too much rough play out in the woods. the popping noise could be your drive axle u-joint. what did you do this thing? a little too much rough housing out in the woods?
