Who asked the God to produce us? I don't like to obey him...!?

The God had done a lot of bad things...! He created us without asking us and gave a world that has very scarce resources to live happily so that we have to fight with our neighbours and furthermore he is waiting to punish us in the final judgement day. but he had done all primary mistakes in his creations. what is his hobby...?having an eye on us always whether we do wrong things or not..? wait... I have a doubt. Does he know the future? If he knows, does not he know already whether we will do good things or not.
