What is the cheapest place to shop for souvenir in Seoul?

I was just in Seoul last week. Itaewon I heard is the best when it comes to prices. Things are a little more cheaper than in Insadong. There's lots of foreigners there (mostly U.S. military) also lots of foreign restaurants. Yeah, at shops like that you can bargain, you can get things for a few thousand won less. I bargained quite a bit when I shopped in Korea. But you can't obviously at department stores like Lotte and other places like that. Just like little shops and markets that are privately owned. But still you can try Insadong too they got a little bigger selection than Itaewon. Good luck!
