Eyeshadow doesnt show on my skin!?

first of al you need a really good eyeshadow primer. I would recommend laura geller eye spackle. It will bring out the pigment in any color. also make sure you are using a high quality eyeshadow. alot of cheap eyeshadows look good in the container but they arent very pigmented on any type of skin tone. invest a little more money into a good eye shadow. mac is one of the best if you are looking for colors to pop on your skin. good luck!
