Does this sound like a good tattoo?

i want to get a ferris wheel, in black and grey, but with the cart/seat things in color (maybe, i'm still thinking about the colors), but i would get it to represent that life has it's ups and downs, but we have to remember to have fun because we only get one ride. I'm only 15, so obviously i have at least 3 years to think about it, but do you guys think it sounds like a cool idea? i'm also interested in any placement suggestions you guys have. Thanks so much!
