Is god using reverse psychology to separate the men from the boys?

i mean, if you were god and you were judging two individuals who led the basically the same life with the exception of one being christian and the other being a non-believer, who would you think is more worthy, the one who led a decent and honest life knowing that he would win the lotto of lottos(heaven) or the one who led a decent and honest life with no incentive to do so? basically it all comes down to INTEGRITY. btw, this is just a theory, known as heil the persian cat empire's wager.
