your sanke may well be shedding.although the brown dots on her back are slightly sospicious you need to make sure the vivarium is not too humid after all corn snakes originate from a very dry arid part of the world allow the inclosure to dry up a little and keep an eye on her she may well have a type of scale rot which can be treated. corn sankes are a very hardy breed. also if she has refused food do not offer any more until next week when hopefully her appetite will have returned snakes can go a while without eating though its not nice having to watch your snake constantly refuse food.
