Confused about the Muslim god?

Salaam.Well I am not a scholar but I will try to clarify some of these things for you.First of all we accept that Jesus was born of a Virgin.We accept that Jesus was placed in Marys womb by a divine command .God said "BE" and it was.You see that in Islam the word "Begotten" has only one meaning.To Beget -a ual act has to be committed between two people.We do not believe that a ual act took place between God and Mary .(may god forgive me).We believe that he was created out of Divine Ordinance.That he is indeed the Messiah and that He is returning.There is Only one God.You call him God we call him Allah.But Allah is the Arabic word for God.Not a different God.Our Koran tells many of the same stories as the Bible.Not a retelling but an expansion of these stories.We have our differences.But believe it or not we are on the same side.As much as people try to say we deny Jesus I will tell you that these are Lies .We believe in the Messiah and his message.We pray as Jesus taught his Disciples to pray,To God.We do not worship the Prophet Mohamed . He is merely a messenger.But we accept his message .We have respect for the Jews and The Christians.
