Help please this is urgent and I'm worried?

think I might have testicular cancer... I'm 15... occasionally my left testicle hurts and while it doesn't have any lumps, there is a small red mark under the skin the size of the letter a in the word start on the bottom left of your screen. It has only hurt a couple of times the last week but is it anything to worry about?
