What should i do about this english stuff ?

in english this year im in 5th year and i have to come up with a personal reflective essay and i have decided to do one on an obsession on clothes, but i have no idea what to put in it, i was thinking like how my style has changed over the years but i dont know what else to put in it that reflects clothes with the rest of the world ect so can anyone help me with it i just dont know where to start with it all, thanks :) xx
