What kind of job can I get?

Im 23 with no college, but im willing to go. Im in a factory working 3rds and I hate it so much and dont know what to do. I dnt feel like I can get a real job, plus I dnt know where to look. I dnt want to be only making less than 22k a yr...id like to provide for a family one day so I wld like something that pay 50k + ...no public speaking though
