Need help please i must leave Thailand for 3 monhs can anyone expat or local resident give me some advise?

Which country to stay in for approx 3 months or maybe more i am a retired expat with a limited income i would like information on Cambodia Laos i like a little bit of night life so please Advise and what type of visa requirements
