How do I ask for a raise?

Typically a company lays out it's policies at the time of hire. They should have informed you of when evaluations are done -and I thought they would apply to everyone not just some? Simply speak with your HR representative about evaluation. I know that employment laws are different for each state, so I can't tell you anything for sure.
