70 percent of cervical cancers are caused by HPV, transmitted by males. As carriers, should boys be inoculated?

I think it's better if we just all go back to the old days where men and women waited for marriage before having (as if that ever happened), unfortunately that doesn't really deal with the current issue at hand.
